Senior/Staff Endpoint Systems Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior/Staff Endpoint Systems Engineer to join our Bangkok team. You will be the final technical escalation point for complex, high‑impact endpoint issues, driving root‑cause analysis and long‑term solutions across our global infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the L3 escalation point, troubleshooting complex Windows OS and hardware problems such as BSODs, driver failures, and device‑level faults (audio, camera, networking, storage, thermal throttling).
• Collaborate with vendors and internal engineering teams to resolve product defects and systemic issues, and lead critical incident resolution from detection through post‑mortem.
• Manage enterprise devices using tools like Intune, Configuration Manager, KACE, JAMF, and Altiris, ensuring robust deployment, patching, compliance, and security baselines.
• Monitor endpoint health with custom platforms, proactively identify performance trends, and implement reliability improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level endpoint systems engineering or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of deep root‑cause investigations.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and vendors to deliver lasting fixes.

Required skills

• Windows operating system troubleshooting (including BSODs and driver issues).
• Hardware failure analysis (audio, camera, networking, storage, thermal throttling).
• Enterprise device management tools: Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, KACE, JAMF, Altiris.
• Endpoint monitoring and reliability engineering.
• Patch management, compliance and security baseline implementation.
