Server Assistant / Busperson

About the role

The Server Assistant is a vital member of the Food & Beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel Doha, supporting the Food Server to deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests. You will work in a dynamic, luxury environment, ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset to Four Seasons standards of quality, professionalism, and friendliness.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Food Server in serving guests efficiently and courteously.
• Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly.
• Reset tables neatly and accurately for the next guests, following Four Seasons presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including chairs, floors, and service stations.
• Support the team during busy periods by refilling water, bread, and other accompaniments.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
