About the role
We are seeking a skilled Signwriter to support ship repair, maintenance and outfitting projects at our Doha shipyard. The role involves creating and applying signage on marine vessels and offshore structures, preparing surfaces, painting and installing signs that can withstand harsh marine conditions while ensuring clear identification and compliance with safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and install signage for ship repair, maintenance and outfitting activities.
- Prepare surfaces and apply paints to ensure durability of signs on marine vessels and offshore structures.
Required profile
- High school diploma or vocational diploma in a relevant trade.
- Minimum 3–4 years of signwriting experience, preferably in a shipyard environment.
- Hands‑on experience with ship repair or shipyard operations.
- Ability to work safely in a busy shipyard setting.
