Site Security Supervisor

About the role

Burjline Builders is looking for an experienced Site Security Supervisor to lead security operations across its commercial facilities in Doha. The role involves overseeing security personnel, ensuring compliance with procedures, and maintaining a safe environment for clients, employees, and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security officers during assigned shifts.
• Monitor access control systems and CCTV operations to ensure effective site security.
• Conduct routine site patrols, inspections, and security checks.
• Manage security incidents, investigations, and incident reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and established security procedures.
• Coordinate and support emergency response activities when required.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to maintain high performance standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and incident reports for management and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the security industry.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team‑leadership role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to attend client interviews prior to deployment.
