Spa Attendant

About the role

The Spa Attendant will ensure that the spa environment at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North remains immaculate, welcoming, and fully equipped for guests. This role supports the spa team in delivering a luxurious and relaxing experience for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, lounges, changing areas, and all spa facilities.
• greet guests, provide towels, robes, and other amenities, and respond promptly to their requests.
• Prepare treatment rooms before each service and restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and towels after use.
• Monitor and adjust spa ambiance, including lighting, music, and overall presentation.
• Assist therapists and other spa staff as needed, ensuring smooth operations.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols consistently.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a spa attendant or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
