Spa Supervisor

About the role

As a Spa Supervisor at Hilton you will lead daily health‑club and spa operations, ensuring every guest receives a memorable, high‑quality experience. You will support the manager/director while actively engaging with guests and team members to uphold the brand’s hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise health club, fitness centre, spa and salon operations, supporting the manager/director.
• Train, schedule and oversee team members across fitness, spa and guest‑service roles.
• Provide hands‑on support by stepping into staff roles when needed to maintain service continuity.
• Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management and financial performance tracking.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol‑awareness regulations.
