About the role

Accor is seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join the wellness team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers. You will deliver personalized spa treatments in a serene environment, contributing to world‑class guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a full range of spa treatments, including massage therapy, facials, body therapies and customized wellness rituals.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand health history, concerns and desired outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, hygiene and presentation in line with spa protocols.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere that promotes relaxation and trust.
• Communicate treatment options, benefits and after‑care recommendations clearly and empathetically.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and share knowledge of wellness modalities.
• Manage time efficiently to deliver treatments on schedule while preserving quality.
• Keep accurate client records, treatment notes and inventory, ensuring confidentiality.
• Continuously develop skills through professional development and stay current with emerging wellness trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a luxury spa environment.
• Valid spa therapy certification or license recognized in Qatar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a 5‑star service mindset.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform treatments safely and effectively.
