Stock Associate (Storekeeper)

About the role

We are looking for a Stock Associate to support our store team with pre‑retail activities and maintain an organised stock room. The role ensures smooth stock processing, compliance with health and safety standards, and assists the sales floor when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with GRN, scanning and tagging to prepare stock for the shop floor.
• Maintain a clean, tidy stock room that meets company and brand standards.
• Suggest and implement improvements to increase productivity and storage capacity.
• Align stock‑room layout, folding and sizing with the sales floor for easy replenishment.
• Ensure health and safety compliance to minimise risks.
• Replenish and recover stock from the stock room to the shop floor efficiently.
• Support sales staff on the shop floor when required.
• Monitor stock levels, reduce discrepancies during shipments, transfers and inventory checks.
• Assist loss‑prevention activities, including inventory preparation and stock‑room access control.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in stock‑room or store supervision.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage stock efficiently and maintain accurate records.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with sales and management teams.
