System Test Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced System Test Manager to lead our testing team and ensure the delivery of high‑quality software products. The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing all testing activities while supporting night and after‑office hour testing when required.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans and processes aligned with project requirements.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of testers to achieve high productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with project managers, software managers and stakeholders to define testing scope.
• Oversee functional, regression, integration, performance and user‑acceptance testing across all phases.
• Define, monitor and report testing metrics, progress, quality and risks to senior management.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks related to software releases and deployments.
• Manage test environments, tools and automation frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality policies.
• Coordinate testing activities with external vendors or partners when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• At least 15 years of software testing experience, including 10+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end testing for large‑scale projects in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
