Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are a fast‑growing diversified organization operating across multiple industries and looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Qatar. The role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and assessing qualified professionals across Arabic‑speaking markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for current and future hiring needs.
• Identify and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt, job boards, referrals and direct outreach.
• Utilise Boolean search and advanced techniques to locate passive talent with specialist skills.
• Conduct initial interviews in Arabic and English, assessing experience, motivation and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, target profiles and selection criteria.
• Present shortlists with clear assessments and recruitment insights.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and report on sourcing effectiveness.
• Support employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience sourcing across Arabic‑speaking markets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
