Team Leader – Concierge (Hotel Guest Services)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Team Leader – Concierge to oversee the concierge operations at our hotel in Doha. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will ensure the department runs efficiently while delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with Hyatt International standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office/Assistant Front Office Manager in managing the guest service department as an independent profit centre.
• Plan, organise, direct and control daily concierge activities and administrative tasks.
• Maintain alignment with corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly to uphold service excellence.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader – Concierge.
• Holder of the Clefs d’Or is an advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving, organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• Eligibility to work in Qatar under statutory requirements.
