Technical Sales Manager – Qatar, Kuwait & Bahrain

About the role

Knauf GCC is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead sales growth across Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. Based in Doha, you will combine deep product knowledge with sales expertise to match construction‑material solutions to customer needs and drive revenue for the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
• Forecast sales, analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Leverage technical expertise to provide product recommendations, demonstrations and tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers and internal teams.
• Analyse and report on sales performance, adjusting tactics as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market competition, industry developments and professional training.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in technical sales, preferably within construction or building‑materials sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering sales results.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a respect for colleagues and a commitment to safety and inclusion.
• Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.
