Technology Services Controller – Cyber Security OT Specialist

About the role

We are embarking on a digital transformation journey and need a Technology Services Controller to lead our Operational Technology (OT) cyber security initiatives. You will evaluate compliance, design security controls, and work closely with business and IT teams to protect our industrial systems.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and report on compliance with cyber security policies, processes, and industry standards.
• Plan, design, and implement OT cyber security controls in line with applicable standards.
• Design, evaluate, and recommend proven cyber security solutions for OT environments.
• Conduct OT vulnerability assessments and risk assessments using established frameworks.
• Develop detailed reports and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support deployment, configuration, and integration of OT security technologies such as network intrusion detection, endpoint security, anti‑malware, anti‑virus, and remote access controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in OT cyber security.
• Preferred ISA or SANS GICSP certification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with executive and technical teams.
• Proven experience protecting Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and IT/OT environments.
