About the role

We are seeking a driven Territory Account Manager to lead new business development and expand existing accounts for Forcepoint solutions in Qatar. You will work closely with senior leadership and a high‑performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new B2B customers for Forcepoint software licensing, appliances, and services.
  • Develop and execute territory account plans in partnership with the Regional Director.
  • Coordinate with Sales Engineers, Channel partners, Solutions Sales, and executive stakeholders to build comprehensive customer strategies.
  • Utilise the CRM system to manage pipelines, forecast opportunities, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Drive revenue through complex, multi‑channel go‑to‑market strategies and oversee the full sales cycle.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quota.

Required profile

  • Proven “hunter” mindset with extensive IT software sales experience, preferably in security or network technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing enterprise accounts, including C‑level engagements.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales quotas and delivering accurate forecasts.
  • Experience working with channel partners as well as direct sales.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as TAS and SPIN.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and written/ verbal communication skills.
  • Current residence in Qatar.
