Total Rewards & Policy Specialist

About the role

The Total Rewards & Policy Specialist will support Qatar Fabrication Company (QFAB) in aligning HR policies and rewards programmes with best‑in‑class practices. Reporting to the Head of Rewards & Organizational Development, the role ensures that compensation structures are equitable, transparent and competitive, helping the company attract and retain top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and update HR policies and procedures in collaboration with all HR sections.
• Advise managers and employees on policy interpretation to ensure consistent application.
• Design and implement total rewards strategies, structures, and schemes in partnership with the Head of Rewards & OD.
• Benchmark rewards programmes against regional standards through salary surveys.
• Conduct job evaluations for new titles and integrate them into the grading structure.
• Maintain job grading systems, pay scales and ensure internal equity.
• Respond to employee queries on incentives, pay levels and benefits.
• Liaise with Learning & Development to apply performance‑management outcomes to merit increments, bonuses and promotions.
