Training & Quality Manager

About the role

The Training & Quality Manager drives the company’s values and ensures that all learning initiatives are strategically aligned with the organization’s mission and vision. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role partners with property leadership to identify development needs and deliver effective training that supports business results.

Key responsibilities

• Administer employee training programs, promote participation, and foster a culture of excellent guest service.
• Conduct needs assessments, design and develop both custom and corporate training curricula, and facilitate delivery.
• Evaluate training effectiveness by monitoring attendance, assessing participant progress, and measuring impact on guest satisfaction and operational performance.
• Develop training plans and budgets, identify performance gaps, and adjust methodologies to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure transfer of learning to day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certified trainer with proven experience delivering Marriott training programs and total quality management.
• Demonstrated ability to link training initiatives to business outcomes.
