W2Go Runner – Guest Service Support

About the role

The W2Go Runner supports the food and beverage operations at our West Bay hotel, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience. You will work closely with the kitchen and service teams, handling a variety of tasks that keep the dining area running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
• Assist kitchen staff by delivering food, replenishing supplies, and maintaining work areas.
• Transport items, lift and carry objects up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Maintain safety standards while moving across uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Read and verify menu information to support accurate service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required; food‑and‑beverage experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
