About the role
This full‑time on‑site position is for a Wedding Planner at Artista Events in Doha, Qatar. The role involves managing day‑to‑day wedding planning tasks, handling budgets, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of weddings, from concept to execution.
- Develop and manage wedding budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Provide high‑quality customer service and support to clients throughout the planning process.
Required profile
- Strong wedding planning and event planning skills.
- Experience in budgeting for events.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Creativity, problem‑solving, and strong communication skills.
- Experience in the event management industry is a plus.
- Certification in wedding planning or a related field is beneficial.
