About the role
The Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha is looking for a motivated Wellness Instructor to design and deliver a range of wellness services and entertainment programs for our guests. You will play a key part in enhancing the guest experience through health‑focused activities and events.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, plan, organise, implement and evaluate wellness services and special entertainment events.
- Establish schedules, allocate resources and identify material needs for all wellness activities.
- Contribute to the creation of goals, policies and procedures, and recommend improvements to existing standards.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with approved policies and procedures.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certificate, diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Health and Wellness, Exercise Science or Physical Education.
- Ability to provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to maintain good relationships with colleagues and other departments.
