Work Inspector - Structure

About the role

As a Work Inspector, you will play a vital role in supporting Ashghal infrastructure projects. Your primary responsibility is to inspect structural construction works on‑site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of foundations, columns, beams and other structural elements.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, project specifications and Ashghal requirements.
• Identify, document and report any deviations or non‑conformities.
• Provide timely feedback and recommendations to the project team.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection activities.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors and stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Monitor health and safety standards during construction.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in structural inspection or construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles and construction practices.
• Excellent understanding of Ashghal requirements and quality standards.
• Valid driving licence and ability to travel within Qatar.
