Accountant – Finance & Accounts (Doha, Qatar)

About the role

The Accountant will join the finance team in Doha, supporting the organization’s financial health through accurate bookkeeping, reporting and reconciliation. This position offers a solid opportunity for professionals seeking a finance career in Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Prepare invoices, payment records and financial reports
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Monitor company expenses and maintain accurate financial records
• Perform bank reconciliations and support monthly closing activities
• Assist with budgeting, auditing and financial reporting tasks
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
• Ensure all accounting work is completed accurately and on time

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Good knowledge of accounting procedures and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• NOC is mandatory for candidates currently in Qatar
• Gulf experience is an added advantage
