Accounts Manager – Finance & Accounting Leadership

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to lead finance and accounting operations across multiple group companies in Qatar. The role involves strategic financial oversight, reporting, and ensuring compliance with local regulations while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage finance and accounting functions for several entities, including payroll, WPS, AP/AR, and banking.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash‑flow projections.
• Monitor profitability, project costs, client invoicing, collections, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and Qatar regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, government authorities, and external stakeholders.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Minimum 5 + years of accounting and finance experience, preferably in multi‑entity environments.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management, and financial planning.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Fluent in English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
