Accounts Supervisor – Hotel Finance

About the role

Join the finance team of Staybridge Suites Doha Lusail as an Accounts Supervisor, where your expertise will directly support memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial operations across the hotel’s various outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
• Review and validate daily revenue reports for all hotel outlets.
• Supervise income audit activities and maintain strong internal controls.
• Manage supplier payments, credit collections, and related reconciliations.
• Support payroll review and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Lead, train, and mentor a small accounting team.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years hotel accounting experience (preferred).
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and excellent time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hospitality systems such as Opera, Micros, and SunSystems.
