Adventure Park Specialist

About the role

The Adventure Park Specialist works on-site at Banana Island Resort Doha, interacting daily with guests to ensure safe and enjoyable outdoor adventure experiences. You will instruct participants on safety equipment, supervise activities, and support rescues across climbing walls, rope courses, and zip lines.

Key responsibilities

• Fit harnesses safely and conduct thorough safety briefings.
• Supervise clients continuously on all courses and verify proper attachment of safety devices.
• Provide assistance and retrieve clients using ladders and technical climbing equipment.
• Maintain park infrastructure: paint safety cables, tighten platforms, adjust activities, prune landscaping, and perform basic gear maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Adventure Park Specialist or similar role.
• Experience with rope courses or zip lines and comfort with heights.
• Passion for adventure park activities and strong people‑interaction skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current internationally recognized First Aid/CPR certification.
