All Day Dining Manager

About the role

The All Day Dining Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service areas, ensuring high standards of service, sanitation and guest satisfaction. This role involves hands‑on leadership during peak periods, menu planning support and driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all front‑of‑house staff, covering restaurants, bars and room service.
• Maintain service and sanitation standards in all food‑and‑beverage outlets.
• Monitor staffing levels to meet guest service, operational and financial objectives.
• Lead the team with clear communication, coaching and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with food‑handling, sanitation and local liquor laws.
• Assist with menu planning and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Address guest concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of relevant F&B experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of experience.
• Proven ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of sanitation standards and liquor regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
