Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

About the role

As an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage you will support the F&B Director in delivering exceptional guest experiences across all food and beverage outlets. You will help shape operational strategy, drive guest satisfaction, and contribute to revenue growth while upholding the highest standards of safety and service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing day‑to‑day F&B operations, focusing on guest service excellence, product quality, inventory control, and outlet reservations.
• Support financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, reporting and systems management.
• Lead the development and implementation of guest‑satisfaction initiatives, monitor trends and act on feedback.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and effective marketing strategies.
• Drive team engagement, performance management, professional development and recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
