Assistant Outlet Manager – All Day Dining

About the role

The Assistant Outlet Manager – All Day Dining will support the outlet’s daily operations at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, ensuring a seamless guest experience in a luxury setting. You will work closely with the Outlet Manager to maintain high service standards and uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure staff work together as a cohesive team to deliver optimal service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff, correcting any discrepancies to maintain the hotel’s polished image.
• Assist in monitoring service flow, addressing guest requests promptly, and resolving any operational issues.
• Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management for the All Day Dining outlet.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu execution aligns with quality standards.
