Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role

La Petite Maison is launching its flagship restaurant in Doha and seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering a world‑class dining experience. This role blends operational oversight with team mentorship in a luxury Mediterranean setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing all restaurant operations, including financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one sessions with department heads to guide growth and resolve issues.
• Track business targets using KPIs, analyse results and implement improvement strategies.
• Maintain high standards of service, food presentation and overall guest experience.
• Collaborate with the global LPM team to align local practices with brand strategy.
• Monitor industry trends and support marketing and PR initiatives to boost brand visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business‑related field.
• 2‑3 years of senior leadership experience in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of Mediterranean cuisine and luxury dining environments.
• Guest‑first attitude with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
