About the role
The Assistant Vice President, Central Operations Relationship Management, will lead the implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM) across QNB’s international branches and subsidiaries. This role supports governance, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance initiatives while coordinating projects that expand the use of the Group’s international banking products.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the Target Operating Model across all international branches and subsidiaries.
- Conduct domain assessments, gap analyses, and monitor regulatory requirements.
- Support the EVP and direct manager in day‑to‑day governance activities.
- Review and re‑engineer policies and procedures to align with corporate initiatives.
- Coordinate projects aimed at increasing usage of international banking products.
- Implement and monitor quality‑assurance frameworks in designated countries.
- Assist the Domain Owner in controlling and monitoring new product, system, and process roll‑outs.
- Provide data for KPI creation, performance monitoring, and quality measurement.
- Collaborate with internal departments and international branches to schedule project and maintenance activities.
Required profile
- Proven experience in implementing operating models and governance frameworks within a banking environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ability to conduct domain assessments.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional projects across multiple countries.
- Ability to work with senior leadership and support executive governance responsibilities.
