About the role
Oliver Wyman is expanding its public‑sector practice in the GCC and seeks an Associate to support government and public institution projects in Doha and Dubai. You will join a fast‑growing team, working directly with senior consultants and client executives to deliver strategic solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Break down complex public‑sector challenges into actionable work streams.
- Plan, execute, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Identify core issues and develop data‑driven recommendations.
- Lead small project teams and mentor junior consultants.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to ensure project momentum.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, government, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage small teams.
- Strong analytical mindset and strategic problem‑solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
