Associate HNI Trading Broker – Evening Shift (Qatarization)

About the role

The Associate HNI Trading Broker will execute equity, fixed‑income and other securities orders on behalf of high‑net‑worth (HNI) clients, both domestic and foreign, during the evening shift. The role requires strict adherence to QNBFS policies, exchange rules and regulator guidelines while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Execute buy and sell orders for HNI clients via authorized communication channels.
• Document all trading activities and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Provide clients with factual market intelligence and pre‑/post‑market updates without giving investment advice.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and acquire new HNI clients regionally.
• Operate within departmental budgets and meet performance targets through service excellence.
• Promote cost‑conscious practices and improve productivity to optimise bank benefits.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in trading or brokerage.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks, especially QFMA rules.
• Ability to maintain solid client relationships and communicate market information clearly.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accurate documentation and risk awareness.
