Barista

About the role

The Ned Doha is seeking an enthusiastic Barista to join its hospitality team. You will be responsible for preparing specialty coffees, teas and premium beverages while delivering warm, personalized service that enhances the guest experience in a luxury hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of specialty coffees, teas and premium beverages to the highest standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar and coffee station throughout each shift.
• Ensure consistency in beverage presentation, taste and quality.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and responsible beverage service standards.
• Collaborate with restaurant and bar teams to provide seamless service during busy periods.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve the guest experience and beverage offerings.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Barista in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, café or premium bar.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee preparation and espresso‑based drinks.
• Experience crafting classic cocktails, mocktails and premium beverages.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
