Barista – Non‑Alcoholic Bar

About the role

Join our non‑alcoholic bar team as a Barista and help create memorable beverage experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality coffee, mocktails and specialty drinks while delivering friendly service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of espresso‑based coffees and non‑dairy alternatives.
• Craft mocktails, fresh juices and specialty cold beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Ensure accurate and consistent recipe execution for all drinks.
• Provide warm and attentive customer service throughout service.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene and sanitation protocols.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of barista experience in a café or restaurant setting.
• Experience making mocktails or non‑alcoholic specialty drinks.
• Strong coffee knowledge, including espresso and manual brew methods.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, engaging personality.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Qatar‑based applicants with a valid QID are welcome.
