Bartender

About the role

Join Rosewood Doha as a Bartender and deliver memorable dining experiences in a luxury hospitality setting. You will be the face of the bar, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction while upholding the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation, hygiene and temperature.
• Execute opening and closing bar procedures, including stock checks, equipment cleaning and replenishment.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve complaints and ensure a positive, attentive service environment.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, POS transactions and report any issues to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.
• Ability to work on time, follow break schedules and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of beverage menus, including wines, spirits, beers and non‑alcoholic drinks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the POS system used in the bar.
• Operational knowledge of bar equipment such as CO₂ lines, soda tanks, blenders and shakers.
• Comprehensive understanding of beverage items, including wine lists and cocktail recipes.
