About the role
The Bell Attendant, also known as a Guest Arrival Expert, creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will guide visitors through arrival and departure, ensuring every interaction feels personal and seamless.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and local area information.
- Process operational needs such as room keys, check‑in/check‑out paperwork, and incident reports.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues within the bell desk area.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming work environment in accordance with company policies.
- Handle objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
