Business Analyst – Investor Relations

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the identification and attraction of investors, and to guide them through the process of establishing a business in our zones. You will work closely with the Business Development Director to align investor opportunities with strategic targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop investor opportunities in line with company strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors.
• Coordinate investor‑attraction events together with PR and Marketing teams.
• Prepare business development activity and achievement reports for senior management.
• Guide investors on zone services, including assessment, design, construction and funding.
• Gather and share regional market and competition data for feasibility analysis.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve investor inquiries promptly.
• Review investor proposals and recommend approval or rejection.
• Conduct financial analysis of potential opportunities and prepare action plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant work experience.
• Relevant certification from an accredited institution is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
