Business Development Manager - Healthcare Recruitment

About the role

A Business Development Manager is sought for a recruitment and outsourcing company based in Qatar. The role focuses on acquiring clients from the healthcare industry, generating new business, securing recruitment requirements, building client relationships and closing recruitment deals. The position is open to candidates locally available in Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new recruitment clients from the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, medical centers and healthcare groups.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand hiring requirements and propose recruitment solutions.
• Conduct meetings, negotiate commercial terms and close contracts.
• Generate recruitment requirements through local and overseas agencies.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams for successful service delivery.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• 5-8 years of proven experience in business development within the healthcare industry.
• Mandatory: proven experience acquiring healthcare clients and a track record of closing recruitment deals.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and staffing processes.
