Business Division Manager

About the role

The Business Division Manager will lead all business‑related aspects of the LNG North Field Expansion (NFXP) projects, overseeing EPC contract management, CAPEX procurement, and the transition to startup and initial operations. Based on‑site in Qatar, this role ensures alignment with stakeholders to meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage EPC‑3/4/BOP contracts, non‑EPC contracts, and CAPEX procurement activities.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, project controls, reporting, and cost management for the NFXP projects.
• Drive performance KPIs, monitor interface agreements, and resolve critical issues.
• Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams across Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Shared Services.
• Develop project performance dashboards, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide oversight of contractor activities and ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in managing large‑scale EPC projects in the energy or LNG sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated track record in cost, claims, and change management.
