Business Finance Partner

About the role
The Business Finance Partner will provide financial and strategic insight to support middle‑management and senior leadership. The role focuses on preparing financial information, monitoring variances, and delivering cost‑control initiatives while ensuring compliance with Qatar accounting policies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop business‑partner relationships with leaders in the assigned area.
- Prepare, analyse and present monthly KPI performance and quarterly rolling forecasts.
- Analyse actuals, forecasts and budgets, and report cargo and corporate performance against benchmarks.
- Review commercial contracts and business proposals for policy compliance.
- Provide objective financial views and recommendations for resource allocation.
- Lead budgeting processes, cost‑reduction initiatives and challenge budget holders.
- Enhance presentations for the Cost Management Committee and conduct post‑CMC analysis for major projects.
- Investigate significant variances and take corrective actions.
