Call Center Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls for a healthcare provider in Qatar. The role requires delivering accurate medical information in Arabic while maintaining high‑quality English communication with patients and insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide medical information and explain terminology confidently in Arabic.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and process related queries.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records using HIS/EMR systems.
• Operate medical software to update and retrieve clinical data.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address patient concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Current residence in Qatar with a valid QID.
• Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a medical or allied health field (e.g., MBBS, BDS, B.Sc Nursing, B.Pharm) or a relevant degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare call centre or medical receptionist role, or 4‑5 years in a hospital/healthcare call centre in Qatar (GCC experience acceptable).
• Strong knowledge of Qatar healthcare insurance, patient insurance verification, appointment scheduling, and medical software.
