Card Sales Acquisition Specialist – Teleagent

About the role

The Card Sales Acquisition Specialist (Teleagent) will join TP Health’s call‑center team in Doha to drive credit‑card acquisition through outbound and inbound phone campaigns. The role focuses on converting pre‑screened leads into activated cards while adhering to strict compliance and script guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Execute regulated financial product sales via phone, following approved scripts and compliance controls.
• Handle inbound and outbound telesales campaigns to meet monthly card‑sale targets.
• Convert bank‑provided, pre‑approved leads into activated cards, improving lead‑to‑sale conversion rates.
• Prioritise outreach using propensity models and lead lists to maximise productivity per agent.
• Educate customers on card features, fees, and usage to boost activation within 30 days.
• Maintain accurate customer data in CRM and sales systems, ensuring high data quality.
• Comply with governance controls such as call recording, quality checks, and policy adherence to achieve 100% audit compliance.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of the credit‑card acquisition lifecycle (lead → sale → activation).
• Understanding of regulated sales environments and mis‑selling prevention.
• Familiarity with contact‑centre operations, call handling, and CRM usage.
• Experience (minimum 1 month) in phone‑based consultative selling is preferred.

Required skills

• CRM and sales system data entry with a focus on data hygiene.
