Carpenter – Hotel Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join the Engineering team at Hyatt Regency Doha. The role involves maintaining and upgrading the hotel’s woodwork, fixtures and structures across guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of appearance and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests in guest rooms, public areas, front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house locations.
• Construct, erect, install and repair wood, plywood and wallboard structures and fixtures.
• Use carpenter’s hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely.
• Maintain the overall condition of the hotel’s facilities and equipment.

Required profile

• Relevant educational degree.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a caring attitude toward guests.
• International experience in luxury hotel brands.
• Desire to continuously learn and grow.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of English.
