Chief Executive Officer - Midstream

About the role

The Chief Executive Officer will lead the midstream oil & gas business, overseeing all aspects of pipelines, terminals, storage facilities and hydrocarbon transportation networks. This senior position carries full profit and loss responsibility and requires strong commercial acumen and strategic vision.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the midstream oil & gas business with full P&L responsibility.
• Oversee pipelines, terminals, storage facilities, hydrocarbon transportation networks and processing assets.
• Drive major capital investments, infrastructure expansion and large‑scale projects.
• Ensure operational reliability, safety and regulatory compliance across all assets.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with boards, regulators, joint‑venture partners and government entities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil or related).
• MBA or Master’s in Engineering, Energy Management or related field preferred.
• 20+ years of experience in the oil & gas sector, with senior executive leadership in midstream operations.
• Proven track record of managing asset‑intensive energy infrastructure and delivering commercial results.
