Chief Investment & Operating Officer

About the role

The Chief Investment & Operating Officer will lead a diversified family‑office portfolio spanning real estate, private equity, venture capital, listed and private investments. This senior leader will shape investment strategy, oversee portfolio management and drive commercial decision‑making across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute investment strategy across multiple asset classes.
• Identify, evaluate and close investment opportunities.
• Prepare and review investment analyses, financial models and portfolio reports.
• Lead internal teams and coordinate with external partners and advisers.
• Develop commercial strategies and business cases for new investments.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with founders, investors and partners.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in investment management, private equity, venture capital, family office, corporate development or principal investments.
• Multi‑sector investment experience covering real estate, VC, PE, equities or operating businesses.
• Proven track record in portfolio management, investment analysis, financial reporting and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership experience and sound commercial judgement.
• Knowledge of the Qatar ecosystem and an extensive international network is desirable.
