Chief Operating Officer (COO)

About the role

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee daily operations at RAG Global Business Hub, driving the execution of the company’s strategy and supporting its growth in Qatar and beyond. Reporting directly to the Founder, the COO will ensure operational excellence, high‑quality client service, and compliance across all functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily business operations and manage department heads.
• Execute company strategy to achieve defined business goals.
• Improve operational efficiency, performance, and revenue growth.
• Drive process improvements and implement SOPs and digital systems.
• Monitor KPIs and departmental performance, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support the Founder in strategic initiatives and business expansion.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic planning and operational leadership.
• Strong background in business development and revenue growth.
• Demonstrated team leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Expertise in process improvement and performance management.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with reporting tools.
