Cluster Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

As a Cluster Human Resources Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for guests, applicants and team members, delivering the warm hospitality Hilton is known for. You will support HR managers across the cluster by handling daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑office assistance, greeting visitors and responding to inquiries with professionalism.
• Perform administrative duties such as word processing, data entry, filing and copying to keep HR records up‑to‑date.
• Manage communications including phone calls, emails, mail processing and meeting coordination.
• Arrange travel bookings and itineraries for HR managers.
• Assist with special projects and ad‑hoc assignments as needed.
