Commis Chef – Luxury Hospitality (Doha)

About the role

This position offers a junior chef the chance to join the culinary team at Ned’s Club, a private members club within The Ned Doha. You will work in a luxury hospitality environment, preparing and cooking high‑quality dishes while developing your skills under the guidance of senior chefs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items, including sauces, pasta and Italian‑style dishes.
• Support the kitchen team during service to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation at all times.
• Follow food‑safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures.
• Collaborate with senior chefs to continuously improve culinary techniques.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine ingredients and cooking methods.
• Strong attention to detail, passion for food and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of food safety and HACCP standards.
