Concierge – Guest Services Specialist

About the role

As a Concierge you will be the primary point of contact for guests and VIPs, delivering personalized service and memorable experiences throughout their stay. You will represent the hotel’s brand by providing accurate information, recommendations, and assistance with a wide range of requests.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for guest inquiries, both hotel‑related and external, offering advice and booking services for tours, tickets, restaurants, medical services, and transportation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local attractions, events, and key points of interest, and build relationships with local service providers.
• Conduct shift briefings, ensure guest materials are available and presented correctly, and manage mail, courier services, and telephone messages.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly lobby and front‑door area, adhering to safety and security protocols.
• Handle transportation requests, fulfill outstanding guest needs, and follow hotel policies during emergencies.
