Construction Manager – Hospital & Buildings

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead hospital and complex building projects in Qatar. The role involves overseeing all on‑site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site construction activities for healthcare and large‑scale building projects.
• Manage large teams of engineers, subcontractors and site staff, maintaining productivity and morale.
• Enforce QA/QC standards and international HSE regulations across the site.
• Act as primary liaison with clients, consultants, project managers and local authorities.
• Oversee material procurement, heavy‑machinery allocation and labour optimisation plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years progressive experience in construction, with a proven track record in hospital or healthcare projects.
• Mandatory GCC experience, preferably prior work in Qatar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Fully eligible for MOFA attestation of academic documents.
• Currently residing in Qatar or ready to relocate immediately.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of regional construction laws and civil codes.
• Expertise in QA/QC processes and international HSE regulations.
• Familiarity with standard international construction contract frameworks.
