Construction Specialist – Onshore Projects

About the role

The Construction Specialist will oversee onshore construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners while applying industry regulations and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate construction activities with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues affecting schedule, budget, or quality.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services according to project needs.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and contribute to safety protocol development.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of onshore construction management experience in the EPCI industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Experience in oil & gas, renewable energy, or power generation projects is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder liaison.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
